HTC announced HTC Once series in MWC. HTC one S is the mid range phone when compared to HTC One V and HTC One X. HTC One S has 1.5 GHz Dual core processor and 1.3 Inch HD display. It also has 1GB of RAM and 16GB Internal Storage. HTC One S has 8 Megapixel BSi Camera which records video at 1080p and 1.3 megapixel front facing camera. This phone runs Android Ice Cream Sandwich mobile operating system.
